It’s been 3.5 weeks of becoming Vegan and I’ve never been happier with a lifestyle change. Yes, the first 1.5 weeks were hell and extremely difficult for me. Having to fight the cravings, the temptations, and not give in to all the CHEESE! I thought I wouldn’t be able to do it, but sure enough, I pulled through and have never felt better. Read More »
Holy Moly it has been so long since I’ve posted on my beloved blog. The past couple of months have been an absolute roller coaster for me. My health hasn’t been the best, my stress levels have only been worse, and I was turning into someone I just wasn’t. We all have those days, we come home exhausted from a long day of work and don’t want to go through the hassle of making an extravagant dinner. Cooking is my passion, but even I need days where I can just whip up something quick and easy. In fact, that’s exactly how I came up with this recipe!

I was about to order some pizza when I thought how much of it would go to waste, how fatty it is, how I’d have to physically go and pick it up, blah blah. So I figured, why not make some myself! Of all the Indian dishes I cook, Biryani is definitely one of my favorites. Every step of this recipe leaves me with such an incredible smell of the different spices used. Read More »
