With summer here, I’ve found myself craving light and cool treats instead of something really heavy and fatty. Treats like cheesecake bars, frozen blueberry bites, yogurt cups, etc are perfect for this summer heat. My Husband and I both have a really bad sweet tooth. We both grew up around family and friends that would make rich and tasty desserts, especially Indian desserts. Not only do they satisfy any sweet craving, they are all unique in their own way. One of our favorites is Gajar Ka Halwa/Gajrela (Carrot Halwa).
