Holy Moly it has been so long since I’ve posted on my beloved blog. The past couple of months have been an absolute roller coaster for me. My health hasn’t been the best, my stress levels have only been worse, and I was turning into someone I just wasn’t. I became caught up in work and my personal life that I forgot to do the two things I love the most- cook & write! Read More »

We all have those days, we come home exhausted from a long day of work and don’t want to go through the hassle of making an extravagant dinner. Cooking is my passion, but even I need days where I can just whip up something quick and easy. In fact, that’s exactly how I came up with this recipe!

North Indian food always was and still is the primary cuisine of our house and in our family. I personally have always loved Indian food; from all the different meat dishes to the vegetarian dishes, I could never get sick of it. Since I got married, I found myself making more and more of Indian food and less of my beloved Italian food.

With summer here, I’ve found myself craving light and cool treats instead of something really heavy and fatty. Treats like cheesecake bars, frozen blueberry bites, yogurt cups, etc are perfect for this summer heat. When I made these bars, it was the perfect snack that I could take in and out of the freezer whenever I want.
